Strip may be used in commercial projects and applications with the one-time purchase of a commercial license.
For non-commercial projects and applications, you may use Strip under the terms of the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 3.0 License for free.
What is considered commercial?
If you are paid to do your job, and part of your job is implementing Strip, a commercial license is required.
With the purchase of a commercial license:
- You may use Strip in as many commercial applications as you like.
- You may use Strip in your own commercial applications and products. For example: premium WordPress or other CMS themes, plugins and templates.
- Customers and users of your products do not need to purchase their own license, so long as they are not developing their own commercial products with Strip.
There are two types of the Strip license:
Strip Commercial Developer License
The Strip Commercial Developer License is for individual developers. A developer is someone implementing Strip. This license is priced per developer, each developer needs to purchase a separate license.
Strip Commercial Organization License
The Strip Commercial Organization License is for an organization with a team of developers. The license covers all developers working within this organization.
